Lively and spirited woodland creatures delight young children with an Autumn Equinox story that is sure to become a family favorite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I was delighted to be able to illustrate the story written by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.catherynnemvalente.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Catherynne M. Valente<\/a>. Her imagination knows no bounds. In Smoky and the Feast of Mabon Picture Book, I was able to bring out a unique personality on a myriad of woodland beasts. It was both a joy and a challenge to do it. Especially when the deadline for this book was less than my comfortable 6 month minimum.
